My first stop -- picked at random from the Galleries of SL website -- was DanCoyote (Dancoyote Antonelli). And no that is NOT an abstract painting you are seeing; it is a glass floor with informational signs about the GIANT sculptures floating in the air. If you look VERY closely you can see a tiny dot in the very middle. That is me. Woot!. It is an odd sensation here, walking on the semitransparent glass (more likely heavy plastic) floors and gazing around. Definitely in the surreal category! Each of the posters talk about a work and gives a SLURL to the place where the work resides. Of course in SL you never really know if it will be there "tomorrow" :D This is a very impressive place.
Back down to earth -- literally -- to Charles Hera Fine Art -- which is primarily a sculpture gallery. Works range from home sized to outdoor installation size and feature water, SL lighting, particles and chrome. This is a perfect backdrop for my fashion shot. Apologies to the artist for photoshopping this shot to highlight my garb. The sculptures glow with their own light and are very lovely.
The sweater and pants are from Nuclear Boutique and are the Free Item of the week. Find them in the Casuals store near the TP point. This outfit which I really love comes with regular slacks, short boots and skirts in a variety of sizes.

This is an abstract 2D gallery. My favorite work is the one shown -- AND IT MOVES in different directions. Not all of the art is in flux here (smile), only a few. Actually I like the colors of this as well as the movement.
