There was an oh so funny article at Scarbourgh Flair this morning which referenced a less than funny but very relevant article at analutetia.com on the new policies being put into place by the company that runs our "game". Now of course we know who that is, but after spending over an hour reading the rules (which go on and on and on forever of course) I am not sure what I can and cannot say in my blog. Hence, I will go along with the idea that the simplest way to deal with things is just not to SAY anything.
I have taken off the logo of "the company" -- one which I might add was heavily hinted at as being NECESSARY before (sigh). I cannot change the NAME of the blog. So if it doesn't work and we disappear one day you will know what happened. I am having a difficult time seeing how this is going to help "the company", but hey, it is their ball game.
Since Chic is making most of the posts these days, she may want to continue on her own. Then again SHE may be tired in another three months. Who's to say.
That's what I know. Not much. And as the code in the first article suggested, I am going to enjoy my time in Phil's Place as much as possible and hope that the folks in The Mother Ship have lots of time finding all the thousands of occurrences of their brand name.
Cheers.

Samara's Group Gift - Woot!

Many apologies for the less than artistic photos today, but I am having a MAJOR hard time with SL (big GRRR). I did manage to stay in world long enough to open the gift box I found awaiting me. So here's the scoop.
Samara Studios has a brand new group. And if you choose to join the group, you get a HUGE box of goodies as a welcome gift. Best of all (for me anyway) is a pair of really cute shoes. Yeah!
I didn't have time to photograph everything as I kept crashing (so sorry) but here is one outfit. The tops (three in all with another one being a scooped neck with belt number and another a plain blue long sleeved) come in two layers each. There is also a pair of blue slacks and both those and the beige pants also come as pants as undies (for boot wearing of course). There are some earrings too. A lot of great things and a BIG thanks to Samara for sending them to me.
The group is "Samara Studios Fashion" and should be at the top if you type in "Samara Studios" in the group search. It costs $10 to join which considering all the great presents is a DEAL.
There is no mention of this on Samara's blog yet, but I assume there will be soon. It is at: http://samarastudios.blogspot.com/ And I am going to assume that I was only one of many people that received this preview, so hopefully someone ISN'T having ISSUES today and you can see everything.
Other credits: "Melange" bracelets by Tekeli-li which go great with the shoes and I may even change the colors one of these days when SL and I are on better terms.

Oriental Lovelies
You can get this very nice Chinese dress for free today only at Paris' Dreams -- Hana 112/248/25 It is well done and dramatic in black. The top looks very nice with some plain black pants made in the appearance window. It also goes perfectly -- if we ignore the change in countries -- with the Geisha hair from Curl Up and Dye. This is really lovely hair and was free on their hunt last week. So happy I have something to wear it with. This picture was taken in a Japanese Sim with lovely cherry blossom trees.

Grid Hoppin' Easter Hunt
So there have been a ton of hunts of late as I am sure you know. Some were lots of fun with great things, some fun exploring, some just plain DIFFICULT (I mean when 25 people are standing around and can't find anything -- that's not good LOL). But, today's hunt was more like a hop in most cases than a hunt. Many of the eggs were easy to find. A few however were nearly impossible. Some I just gave up on which isn't handy if you want to continue. Still, part of the fun of a hunt is to see new places and new designers. And I did find a few that seem little known. Then again, I "could" just be out of the loop. So here is a rundown of some of my favorite finds of the day.

LAP -- BelleStar 219/21/21 (Long Awkward Pose) was one of the stops on the tour. Not new by any means, but they do have some new posing props up on the roof. MUCH fun. Sorry no Windlight photos today as it is tough enough out there (wink). There are two new props with menu driven poses. I talked to Dove Swanson for a bit as I was trying to get it all working after a major sim crash. She came to the rescue (TYVM Dove) and I have some pics to show you. Too be fair, all is not working quite as it should, but stop by and take a look anyway. She is working on a better interface, so check back on that too.
Seen here (yes, hard to believe but that is really ME - LOL) is a free skin from Splashing Doll at Hot Silly Peppers -- Afton 136/201/125. This was one of the HARDEST to find and honestly it wasn't even close to the store where it was supposed to be. I won't tell you WHERE it is, only that someone had to TP a friend in to show us (there were about 20 of us standing and looking and exploring to no avail). Until it is moved, it is OUTSIDE and NOT CLOSE to the store. There's my hint. The skin is lovely however. Here's a close up of the face. The body is less great but if you are going to be covered, it is a very lovely face. It says it is tintable, but the free version is not.

Shown with the blackened apricot (to match the outfit of course) version of ETD's freebie Carmina (ETD Isle). There are other new ones also.
The outfit is from a new to me place called Shouted Couture -- Experience Italy W 204/36/32 . While it is definitely not my style, it is very well done and the shop had many interesting outfits. Very Euopean City Chic in design. Here is a closer look at the outfit called Lama with the LAP pose ladder.

Another (new to me) shop I was very impressed with was Vette's Boutique -- Mangakino 34/202/30 -- a small but very nicely done establishment. Everything in the gift box was well made. The off white jeans are going to be one of my favorites for summer for sure.

I was also personally impressed with gifts form Body Politik, Tuli (well of course) and The Closet. Thanks to all the designers who participated. Yeah! I didn't get to everyone today so I may have another post tomorrow.

Rez Day Reflections
It's my rez day today. I had a few goals attached to the remembrance of it, and those are accomplished. I wanted to get some Explorer sandals in a color more befitting my Dutch Touch garb, visit a few old haunts, explore a new place and take a new profile picture. The profile picture was actually the most needed item on the list. Along the way I had some time to reflect about how quickly time passes in SL.
My first few months in SL I spent a lot of time at both MIA Island and Wisteria. MIA of course (or maybe not "of course" if you are new) for the weekly men's clothing give aways. Wisteria had a very generous Money Tree AND the best 3 for 10 camping around. It was a real score to get a spot there. I heard (I cannot vouch for this personally) that the guitar playing WOMEN got great tips. Divine was always thrilled when she got a job playing there. And in a sense she did consider it a job and answered questions from the people who came by and chatted and gave directions to different items. Me? I washed a lot of windows LOL.

MIA is very changed since I went there last. Now a Coney Island Boardwalk sort of theme. Wisteria is much the same in feel. There is a new island added and the skins have moved from their place across from the furniture. There is a new garden store some ways from the furniture store with fun accessories and plants. I am a gardener in RL and so I am perhaps a bit more interested in that than the readers :D. There is a lot more open area than I remember so the best way to find your way around is look at the buildings on the map. There is still a lot (more actually) camping there, but the days of 3 for 10 seem gone. That is most likely due to bots and camping scripts. SL changes in reaction to US.

Most of my other newbie places are gone. No real surprise since SL is always in flux. My NEW spot to explore (actually several sims) was The Pond, an Australian area. I did a little flying and a little walking. It is very lovely in the residential areas, busier but still very nice in the core. I had a tarot reading at the top of the pyramid maze and took a new photo (Woot for that)!
It's been a good day!

It's COLD out here!

Here are some of my latest purchases and finds.
You can see more details of shoes and bracelet here.
A New Magical Home for ::69::
It's all in the details. And to be sure the new home of ::69:: -- MIYABI 35/218/503 -- is definitely about the details. An eclectic mix of goods can befound including shoes and boots and teddy bears in abundance, but there is SO much more to see here. The new shop floats at 500 meters so attach your flight assist if you are planning on doing any major exploration.
And explore you should, not only for the SHOE HUNT going on now, but just to see all the wonderful surprises that await you. Baby ducklings, bees -- flora and fauna of all types abound outside. The shop itself is built around a HUGE sculpty tree.

Many of the vendors are in giant books and to be fair there is so much here to enjoy, shopping could easily become the second thing on one's mind (wink). The stuffed animals are darling and extremely well-made.

A random shopper commented in chat that this was very much a Harry Potter experience. It does have that flavor -- at least when Harry was young and carefree and full of fun.

Oneof the most intriguing places for me was the kitchen. There are too many finely tuned details here to show. You'll just have to come see for yourself. The lady in pink is making bakery goods and she is not a camper as far as I could see. Even so, what a WONDERFUL place to "camp" (big grin) especially in the winter when all the open fires give some toasty atmospheric warmth.
I have some new duds on and will blog those later, but I wanted to give yet another big thumbs up to my Drama Queen AO from ANA_MATIONS -- Sterling Heights 122/95/22 --which works even sitting down (yeah). Hence my waving from my seat with the giant teddy.

I didn't find them all, but here are four pictures of the shoes in the hunt. Have fun!

Menswear News
In case you haven't heard, Dutch Touch -- Willow Beach 31/224/33, a well known designer of clothes for women -- is now designing menswear. While there isn't too much in that section at the moment, the same famous Dutch Touch look carries through for the fellows. Muted colors abound and the textures are very well done. There is also a newish subscribe-o-matic at the main store in Willow Beach. When you join the "group" (no nasty spam with the subscription service and that work for me) you are given a gift of these unisex pants. With a little extra work you can garner a few other items. Just check the posts and the items are automatically delivered to you. This extremely nice sweater was a gift as well as some socks (mostly for the gals I think).
There is also a sale going on at Reaction -- AlterNation 84/206/38, primarily a surf shop - with all items marked down to $50 or less -- a huge discount. Womens items are also included. There are shoes for $10, hats with hair and of course shorts, zip tops, and full outfits. Be sure and check ALL colors of items as the prices vary greatly even within a style.
Dutch Touch: sweater grey uni
Dutch Touch: jeans unisex
Digital Dragon: 150 mph glasses
ETD: hair

Relay for Life: Winter & Spring Sims
Many of the Winter Sim designs were not my style -- dark in many ways amidst a frozen landscape. But if dark and mysterious is your forte, this is the sim for you! My personal favorite here was TULI . (And who doesn't like Tuli? Well there must be someone. )

Relay for Life: Fall Sim
Journeying on this morning after trying on some of my new clothes, I noted that the crowds had definitely diminished. Good for lag; not good for sales. While Autumn is my favorite season, many of the stores seemed simply depressing to me. Tiny and crowded vendor pictures abounded. But then I came to Vindi.

I haven't been to the Vindi main store. It isn't my type of clothing really, but it was a great breath of fresh air to see some space and color and interesting backdrops for the clothing vendors.
Rebel Hope has a VERY nice, large and prime location at the corner (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Create/200/201/24) where you can pick up some freebies in small boxes with pics. Look in the window area. These appear to be treasure hunt items.

Relay for Life: Summer Sim
So I ventured over to the RFL clothing fair on day one in the early eve. I don't think that the lag is so bad. Yeah! Congrats to the planners.
We all have our "rules" in the "game" here, and one of mine is not to spend any RL money. Since I don't build (other than very simple things and adjustments) and don't have a shop, that leaves me both homeless and penniless. Luckily I have friends and there is camping and trivia when I feel poor. With all the wonderful free things and hunts out there you really don't NEED to spend money. But that being said, it doesn't mean I don't LUST after things (big wink).
The RFL fair is a wonder place to get a sense of the designers here. Not everyone IS here of course, but there are plenty of shops and you can see a sampling of design on the grid in a very short walk. So since we all know that blogs without pictures are extremely boring, I am going to give you some screenshots WITH slurls on them of what I WOULD buy if I was flush.
First up in order of my walk is something from FUNK!
I SO love this. Sort of Steam Punk meets runway in teal (wink).
I really liked many of the things in E.B.T (Emotional Blackmail Threads) but nothing stood out in particular.
While this is not a fair about freebies, they are in abundance (some new and some oldies but goodies) Listed but not opened yet for review we have:
Persona's - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/23/175/24
AnnaH - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/25/208/24 (Dollarbies and a green box on the coffee table with a special RFL gift.
Digit Darkes - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/81/231/24 (shoes in the corner)
Analise - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/101/213/24 (3 silks - one in green box)
Dellycious - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/145/233/24 (gift bag & box by door)
Barefoot Designs - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/177/235/24 (3 boxes by the door)
Crystal Queendome - http://slurl.com/secondlife/Rezzable%20Explore/211/209/24 (2 dollar fantasy formal and 1 dollar? - on the wall to the right corner
OK. That was only ONE sim of the fair and I have yet to open anything. Shopping is HARD WORK. So I will post this and return tomorrow with a report -- and I will continue onward.
Have a good one!

Fame! Glory (well maybe) and SHOES!

I won honorable mention in the Green Shoe Contest! Yeah!
It was a lot of work to do this photo (wink) but also a lot of fun. And "no" those aren't all MY shoes -- some belong to my friends. In order to take this photo, I had to go out to a sandbox; there were just way too many prims for a pal's pad. So, my shoes went down first and then I teleported in the gals and they put copies of their shoes down etc. Much fun, but in a small 10 foot temporary studio it was also crowded. Just standing in the right spot amidst all those shoes was a challenge. We laughed a lot! :D
My "wearing" list is tiny of course. Boa by Callie Cline, St. Patrick's shoes by Shoes Simply Shoes. Other shoes in the picture are by Maitreya, Vacano & Stine, Ingrid Ingersoll, ETD, Shoes Simply Shoes.
And here is my holiday look complete with NEW SHOES!

Get Lucky Tank by Lala FooFoo -- Celestial City 126/154/0
Rebel Plaid skirt by Punk Shack -- Ohana Isle 67/18/22 (Ohana Isle hunt)
Drama Queen AO (I SO LOVE THIS!) by ANA_Mations -- Sterling Heights 122/95/22

Costa Rica Shopping
Yesterday was just so busy with hunts and "life" that I missed the opening of the new area of the Costa Rican Shopping Mall -- Laguna Arenal 159/248/23/ So I headed over there early this morning to see what I could see. Costa Rica has always been very inviting, but the art in the streets and the new shops ( I am pretty sure they are new anyway) in the second sim was fun to see.

There are some great shops there with fantastically fun outfits as well as art, household goods etc. My favorite of the shops (and the freebies) was Savvy. Seen here are two of the three free gifts. Now these may not be NEW gifts, but I hadn't seen them before so new to me.
There is a very cute "business suit" which has both open and closed jackets. I am wearing it here open with the Sassy Sweater from the Nuclear Boutique hunt of yesterday. You could of course wear it without a shirt and be more daring. The skirt was a bit tricky to fit and the second skirt had transparency issues, but this is definitely worth going to a bit of effort to get right. The skirt is mod so you can tint it a very light gray to get rid of the Windlight shift of color. The pictures aren't great today, I'm afraid. Major problems with scripts (hence facelight) and Windlight and maybe just the computer (sigh). BUT imagine the clothes (and me) even better.
The second outfit is definitely my style AND also a gift. It comes with jeans, leg warmers (very cute) and the sweaters - both worn and tied. Wearing with the lower half of my fav Villager Boots from Angry Monkey.

There is another very nice set from Pinup Dolls that includes a swimsuit, top and shorts -- all coordinating. Worn here with the free sandals from Shoes Simply Shoes. While not "me", it is very well made and has a fun retro look.
There are lots of other gifts here including the illusive backpack from La Zoo as well as a bandana, and a large framed painting of a Costa Rican Sunset. Just wander around the shops. Most gifts are very visible and will most likely be out for today at least.

These Boots Are Made for Walkin'

OK. I have been VERY busy of late NOT winning the "Look of the Day" contest (sigh) and convincing the Campmaster that I am not a robot and then not getting paid anyway (another sigh) BUT, besides all that (wink), I have BOOTS. I mean very very COOL BOOTS and they were free from Angry Monkey. I saw a brief post by Cherlindrea on these and zipped over. I love them. I wrote the designer and told him so. And ya know what? They are FREE!. Hard to believe but true. Anyway Angry Monkey has tons of great stuff along the lines of these boots. I hope to get a couple of extra accessories when I am feeling a bit more flush. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Eternity/131/162/536
is the place to be. Right side about half way down -- the boots are in a vendor. If you like anything close to Steam Punk, you will love this shop.
ALSO, I want to thank Electric (he gets around a lot it seems) for letting me know about LOTTA poses. A small shop with lots of great stuff. I recognized the name as they seem to have one vendor in a few other clothes shops? But the main one is here at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Koenji/104/123/39
I bought three great poses. They have animations too and a cute set of boxes to sit on in various textures.
I am going to assume most of you know about the ETD St. Patrick's hunt. If not, get over there and look for the hair, glasses, shoes, hat etc in the shamrocks. I found four of five. The second set of shoes alluded me. Have fun.

Lost in Translation

Electric sent me a LM to Lucca Oh -- Ginza 51/63/31-- to feed what he calls my "purse fetish". There are indeed two free styles of purses here --one being nicer than the other. What I REALLY thought was charming was the note from the designer who has most likely not taken English in school. Since I have taken NO Japanese, I am definitely not faulting them - LOL - I just thought this was a lot of fun.
In the bottom of the sign board there is this message:

So much for the power of "Babbler" or whatever translation program was used. Much fun!

:sey - Woot!

So I saw a purse picture tonight on SL Freestyle (thank you) and zipped over lickety split to :sey -- Born East 117/50/32 to see if I could find the purse. And yes, I did. There are in fact TWO purses (one for left hand - one for right and in two different sizes (smallish and BIG - it says trunk and means it). You need to join the group to get this in store item, but who WOULDN'T want to join. This place has gorgeous stuff. I have to say I didn't BUY anything yet as the price tags are a bit high for my camper budget, but everything LOOKS fantastic. And the STYLE!!!! I want to be fair here. These purses did NOT work well with my AO poses so that might be an issue for you (or go AO-less which you CAN do you know). And simply for that reason I will probably stick with my ETD purse for most events. Those poses from Ms Midnight are killers (in a good way). But, even if you just have "the trunk" sitting around your bedroom it is SO cute (they both are).
So along with the purses there is a very cute long tank in both gold an silver (no need to join the group for these). They have some of the nicest stylish leather jackets that I have seen, plus belts and such so if any of that sounds like YOU, get over there pronto!
Also wearing in the photo (all available currently and most for free or 1L):
Sn@tch gray gloves
BeBe DoLL tights with lace trim
++ChaCla++ ::::Free:::Spider Web Belt (OnRez freebie and maybe in store)
Untied Sandals from Shoes Simply Shoes (not free)
Calla Carolina Jasmine Dark Frosted (prize chair)
Purses, DMCA and Life
Well the title pretty much covers it. Been gone from the blog for a bit. LIFE got in the way as it will and today I spent the day with TAXES (geez) so I don't have a very friendly feeling toward authority at the moment. So much time to give them SO little money ( a good thing I guess).
Anyway, a bit of this and that of a post today. First off -- and this should be Chic's post as she SO loves purses -- CRAP just sent out a message that she is not feeling very designy of late with LL waffling and wavering and the like over content theft and all. So she put out a very cute free purse (shown below) that you can find at her shops (I believe both) but for sure at : http://slurl.com/secondlife/Russel%20Bay/222/234/26 . This is very cute and I hate to admit it but I think that purses are coming "back" or "in" or whatever to SL. At least I am beginning to get on Chic's bandwagon about them. There is also a purple necklace for 1 Linden. Not me but might be "you" :) so check out the vendor pic next to the purse.

ALSO, Ivy has has fun new purse (different color from CRAP's which is great)on her wall for free. Just find it. Shown above from Sn@tch -- Pulse 175/216/30 (again one of Chic's favorite places but she is busy camping today to feed her purse fetish I think - LOL so unavailable). There are also some very nice gray gloves rotating in a vendor as you enter AND another outfit which I haven't opened (see below) but did find. The second freebie is shifting place and item for the next few days. Not terribly easy to find but hey.
AND while you are there at Sn@ch, you can pick up a Run DMCA T shirt from Retox. It comes in all top layers so you can mix and match and be VERY stylish at your next protest or sit-in.

This is the current on the wall free item at Sn@cth. I'm not telling you what it is called or WHERE it is. Go look. I LOVE THE GLASSES!!!!!! I have to say that whether or not you agree with the Sn@tch outrageousness, there are some DAMN good things there and the freebies (off the wall) are top notch. So venture over if you haven't.
Cheers!

Back to School at Princeton

So here we are at Princeton! I have never been to Princeton in the real world, but its virtual counterpart is quite lovely. The grounds are treed and the lawn well manicured (wink) and the architecture is striking.
And the Princeton folks have given YOU the chance to be a coed (maybe again) for free. They have a huge store aimed mostly at new students coming into SL I assume. It is filled with T shirts, pants, shorts, full avatars (nothing you probably care about in that area) and some really fine sweatshirts and jackets. And lots are for guys. And yes, I KNOW the hat isn't me but wanted you to know there are hats too :D
Find them at the student store -- Princeton Forrestal 28/229/23. And thanks to Electric for this tip.
Shoes - I found shoes!

This is my look of the day before I head out to show you some FREE stuff a reader sent in.The big news is that Samara Kasshiki put out some new shoes last night (I am SO glad I read the blog stream) that EXACTLY match my new ETD purse. Well there is more texture to the shoes than the purse but they go so well I am in HEAVEN!
Anyway, I am sure that wasn't her plan but I am a very happy camper with my new coordinates. I love my ZHAO shoes too but a girl really needs more then one great pair of shoes -- I mean REALLY.
So you can read about them here and see more photos: http://samarastudios.blogspot.com/2008/03/untied-sandals.html
Meanwhile, here is what I am wearing:
Hair: Calla Carolina Jasmine Dark Frosted
Sweater: *KUROTSUBAKI* valentine nit (group)
Shirt: Blaze* Boyfriend Buttondown Top
Jeans: :::Sn@tch Punk as Hell '84 Jeans::: (group)
Shoes: Untied Sandals by Shoes Simply Shoes
Purse: ETD Everyday Tote (Steel) - Shoulder
Necklace: Simply Spoiled beaded necklace (free by rabbit)
Pose: Torrid Midnight (comes with purse)

ETD Shopping

I saw a post on the ETD blog about a new purse -- and you KNOW I love purses. So I jumped over there to check it out. As with most ETD products there was a free demo (so cool) and I tried out both the Everyday Tote and the City Purse. I decided on the Everyday Tote mostly because I like the shoulder option. BOTH styles come with an AO built in and Torrid Midnight Poses -- a walk to. WHAT A DEAL.
The ao is the type in the chat for on off and not as sophisticated as a ZHAO but the poses are really lovely and work great with the purse.
While there I also got one of the Layered Tee packs (five shirts - four with sayings and one plain). The come in about ten colors I think.
There is also fairly new hair there in the freebie store (or I don't remember it) called Airy which is VERY cute and works great for me. The Barley Cords are a must for everyone IMHO and also in the freebie shop. The purses and Tees are in the NEW ITEMS section very close to the freebie store.
Hair: ETD Airy - Black Frosted
Top: ETD KR Layered Tee (Magenta)
Pants: ETD Barely Cords (Black)
Purse: ETD Everyday Tote (Steel) - Shoulder

Cal Gals Friendship Week

So it's Cal Gal's (group name) friendship week! And the gift for day one was an extremely cute St. Tropez one piece swim outfit including hat. The trim has the CC logo intertwined artfully and it came complete with beer and a Callie Cline innertoob (purple to match of course). So feel free to join the group and then look in the notices for the landmark to yesterday eve's gift. It will only be there for 24 hours according to the notice, so be speedy. A new gift should appear tonight.

Alert: 3-2-08
ICING has put a new dress in the freebie closet I hear. A very cute gray strapless number with ruffled skirt edge and leaf pattern. This is ONLY available at the Mischief Cove store at Mischief 112/190/25. And while you are there pick up any of the other freebies available including some VERY CUTE WEDGIE SANDALS with color change script. All right together in the store.SN@TCH -- Pulse 177/221/30-- has a new freebie out -- rotating and in plain sight as you come in the door to the left. Gray gloves might just come in handy, so go and gettum!
[1:45 SL time] Lots of great freebies out there today. Of my personal favorites are a new purple jeans skirt from SWA -- Plush Omicron 187/184/21. It's name is "perfect fit" and it WILL but unless you are small or good with editing prims you may want to pass on this. Looks fantastic when you get it all set up but was one of those "edit selected prim" jobs for me and prim in question was no mod. Of course you can simply GO BACK and get another - LOL. Anyway a warning there but a great product.
Also, Rue D' Antibies (central landing point it seems) is having its official opening today with some great gifts. My personal favorite is the sweater with cowl neck and beret from Ingenue. It comes with a skirt et al but not my kind of skirt. The sweater, however is fantastic and even has an automatic (well you do SOME of the work) adjuster which is quite nice -- especially if you aren't a great clothing prim editor :D. There are also some very nice poses from Grapevine Shapes and Poses as well as Vital poses. Some Halloween items from Silent Sparrow made their way out into the light and since I wasn't even BORN then (hehe) they were new to me. There is a pretty blood red dress as well as a couple of unisex items (shirt with vest) and a rust colored jacket ensemble. There are lots of great shops there, many of which are satellites and I found a couple of new places that I'll go back and explore in more depth when it isn't lag central.
At the skin fair (I am boycotting :D) Tuli has an unreleased S5 skin. That was her post anyway. And we know how beautiful they are.
